By downloading, installing, or using the Solide mobile application ("the App") or any related website or service (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Solide. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
To access most features of Solide, you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
We offer a main paid subscription plan. Current pricing is displayed within the App and is subject to change. By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the current period unless required by applicable law.
We may offer free trials from time to time. If a trial is offered, details of the trial period and what happens at its end will be made clear before you begin.
All subscription purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. All purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly for in-app purchases.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the paid Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
Before beginning any new exercise programme, you should consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional, particularly if you:
Exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By using Solide, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that you are physically able to undertake the activities suggested by the App. We accept no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from your use of the Service.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptom during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Solide does not facilitate communication between users and mental health professionals. Any recommendation to use Solide by a healthcare provider is an independent clinical decision made by that provider; we are not responsible for the advice of third-party clinicians.
When using Solide, you agree not to:
All content within the Solide App and website — including but not limited to text, images, video, audio, graphics, user interface design, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
Any scientific content in the App is presented for educational purposes. While we reference peer-reviewed publications, we make no claim of ownership over third-party research. All cited works remain the intellectual property of their respective authors and publishers.
The Service is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of Apple, Google, or any other third-party service provider.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for those websites or their content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information provided through the Service is accurate, complete, or current.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if anything) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solide and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may stop using Solide and delete your account at any time by following the account deletion process within the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your licence to use the App immediately ceases.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive any termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in this clause shall affect your right to rely on any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice via the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
